Preventing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in the general population induced by trauma during the COVID pandemic

Most of the recent studies indicated prevalence Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms (PTSS) are increasing after COVID pandemic around world. Bo et al. reported PTSS 96.2% among COVID-19-infected people. The sociocultural and individual vulnerability protective factors may influence onset maintenance symptoms. However, there is significant lack in understanding risk preventive that symptoms defines Disorder (PTSD). digital technology gives us unique opportunity to assess this risk, monitor track evolution longitudinally. In research project we aimed design develop a smartphone application for longitudinal data collection enabling (1) predict follow toward PTSD, (2) relative efficacy several methods prevent right exposure trauma (1−24 h), (3) educate people about psychological effects can occur during trauma, normalize acute distress refer professional help if disorder constituted.
